Gwinnett's new schedule, posted Tuesday, September 15, is the week's one new door: Lions and Lady Lions train Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 8 PM at Tribble Mill Park, 2125 Tribble Mill Parkway SE in Lawrenceville, and Saturdays from 2 to 4 PM are marked as likely optional touch rugby days, tentative per the club. The old Thursday-and-Saturday sevens line is retired with it. All welcome, no experience needed, per the Lady Lions' bio.

Atlanta Touch Rugby's Sunday open play went ahead the weekend of Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13; the group posted clips of the plays on Monday. Time and park are posted weekly in the Atlanta Touch Rugby Facebook group, and Southern Touch lists Sundays 2 to 4 PM at Fair Oaks Park in Marietta. Athens plays Wednesday touch at 5:30 PM at Rocket Field in Watkinsville, per the club's site.

The social calendar has three dates. The Exiles gather at Olde Blind Dog in Crabapple every Thursday after training, and on Sunday, October 11 the club is part of the Fuel Coffee Roasters car show fundraiser. The Savannah Shamrocks' women open against the Augusta Furies at Daffin Park at 1 PM on Saturday, September 19, with a post-match social at Rouge Water at 4 PM. The Bucks, whose Rugby 101 at Grove Park was rained out on Saturday, September 12, took the social to Reds Beer Garden anyway and open at home against Gwinnett on Saturday, September 26 at 1 PM at Grove Park.

Old White's touch and BBQ day at the field was on the club's schedule for Saturday, September 12; the club has not posted from it, and we have asked. The next free way into the game on the calendar is the Rebels' Try Rugby and Open House on Saturday, October 10 in Roswell.
